More often when your friends are sitting around having a drink is when they come up with all their best one-liners to help you approach girls. When you see the girl of your dreams, look to see who she is with. A sincere and open introduction will achieve far more than some supposed ‘best one liner’.
If the cliche one-liner is the biggest culprit in dates never getting off the ground to start with, the next failing is not knowing what to say after the one-liner. Girls are looking for someone with some depth to them. You may be the most good-looking thing in the world but if all you provide on your date is something to look at, and little else in the way of conversation, you might as well have stayed at home watching TV. One of the key dating tips for guys is to have some things in mind to talk about and be ready to listen as well. You are not there to lecture but to share thoughts and ideas. Not forgetting you will want to get to know her too.
If you happen to strike out, don’t worry – politely acknowledge it and simply move on. It’s not neccessary to burn bridges. Remember she just might be the one you need to provide the next introduction as you practice how to approach a girl.
